We offer two types of managed application and server maintenance plans depending on the type of enterprise you are running.
ISP Monitoring & Maintenance Plan
For eCommerce web hosting enterprises we recommend our ISP Monitoring & Maintenance Plan.
This plan includes the following services:
- Monitoring and maintenance of your servers, 24/7, regardless of their physical location.
- Consultation and subsequent implementation of server load balancing software and hardware solutions.
- Maximization of server resources.
- Processing of client support tickets.
- Creation and management of new stores as new clients are added.
- Server integration of new websites including domain name settings, email accounts and IIS settings.
- Generating of welcoming package when new accounts are created.
- Guarantee of stability and seamless operation for all eCommerce sites on your servers.
ISP Server Monitoring & Maintenance Plan Fees:
One Server: $1500/per month
Two servers: $2800/per month
Three servers: $4000/per month
Four servers: $4800/per month
(This prices is limited to 200 stores per server. If you are running more then 200 stores on a single server the price will increase by $7.50 per store per month. This price does not include server hosting fees, bandwidth charges, software license fees, server hardware, or custom storefront adaptations.)

eCommerce Pro Server Monitoring & Maintenance Plan
If you are running a high exposure eCommerce website with ampleShop™ and your web server requires constant monitoring and maintenance, we suggest our eCommerce Pro Server Monitoring & Maintenance Plan.
This plan includes the following services:
- Monitoring and maintenance of your servers, 24/7, regardless of their physical location.
- Consultation and subsequent implementation of server load balancing software and hardware solutions.
- Maximization of server resources.
- Guarantee of stability and seamless operation for all eCommerce sites on your servers.
eCommerce Pro Server Monitoring & Maintenance Plan Fees:
One Server: $500/per month
(This price does not include server hosting fees, bandwidth charges, software license fees, server hardware or custom storefront adaptations.)
